Ми запустили гарячу лінію для підтримки людей, які залишили Україну. На гарячій лінії працюють україномовні та російськомовні співробітники.

Які функції виконує гаряча лінія:
Гаряча лінія є конфіденційною, незалежною та надає інформацію. Зауважте, що ми можемо не мати відповідь на складнi запитання, але ми можемо передати таку інформацію колегам, які спробують вам допомогти. Також зверніть увагу, що ми не надаємо юридичні консультації по телефону та у чаті.

We have launched a helpline to support people who have fled Ukraine. Ukrainian and Russian speakers staff the helpline. 

Opening times:

Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm

What does the helpline do: 

The helpline is confidential, independent and gives information. Please note we may not be able to assist in more technical and complex queries and we may pass these to colleagues. Please also note that we will not give legal advice by phone.
