The Citizen's Information service provides comprehensive information on public services and on the entitlements of people in Ireland. 

Citizen's Information Ukraine page (1 April)

Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) is a nationwide service that can be reached on 0818 07 4000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm.

Citizens Information Centres (CICs) provide free, impartial information, advice and advocacy in their centres located across the country.  Information on locations and opening hours can be found here
