Frank O'Boyle joined the Irish Refugee Council’s Information and Advocacy team in June of 2022 as a Caseworker. In this role his focus is on supporting people within the International Protection Process on a range of issues.

Prior to this Frank worked in the NGO sector supporting people experiencing homelessness. Here the emphasis was primarily on holistic supports for people experiencing addiction and mental health issues. He started working with migrants in 2021 as a Tenancy Sustainment and Integration Officer with Depaul Ireland before taking up roles in pre-reception centres in December 2021.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Maynooth University, an MPhil in Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Sector Management from the Institute of Public Administration.
