During the screening process, you will be helped to set up an IPO Portal account.

Your portal is extremely important and you should check it everyday if you are waiting for invitation for interview or a decision.

Your lawyer does not have access to your portal, so you will have to download and share the relevant documents with them by email.

All of your important documents will be uploaded to your portal, this includes your International Protection Certificate (with your photo), your completed application form, the letter which tells you which procedure you are in, the decision from your vulnerability assessment, your transcript from your IPO interview, the decision following your IPO interview and appeal, a return decision.

You will also be asked to upload documents to your portal. This can include, for example, a photo of your passport or evidence supporting your case.
