Caseworker (Full-time)

We are seeking a Caseworker to join our Information and Advocacy Service, providing direct support to people seeking international protection and refugees. This role involves delivering information, advocacy, and referrals, as well as supporting outreach and managing casework records.

Key requirements:

  • At least 1 year’s experience working with people in the protection process/refugees
  • Strong communication, organisational, and research skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work collaboratively
  • Fluency in English (required); Arabic, Somali, Pashto or Dari an advantage

Location: Dublin (with monthly travel to IPAS centres)

Salary: €36,000 (2-year contract)
