Cara is a social impact and programme leader with extensive experience in project management and delivering initiatives that achieve measurable social inclusion outcomes. She works within Pobal’s Social Inclusion & Employment directorate, where she oversees complex, multi-partner programmes, working closely with stakeholders to support meaningful community impact. She has held senior roles across the NGO sector, including with Spirasi, the National Centre for Survivors of Torture, and has led multidisciplinary teams, strengthened services and worked to expand supports for marginalised communities. With a background in law and psychology, Cara brings a strong analytical and governance perspective alongside a commitment to human rights, inclusion and supporting people seeking international protection in Ireland.
