Our Ukrainian Language Helpline is the flagship service of our Ukraine Response. The Helpline is confidential, independent and provides essential information on the rights and entitlements of those fleeing the war in Ukraine.
Who is the helpline for?
The helpline is available to anyone with a query regarding the rights and entitlements of those fleeing the war in Ukraine, including those working to support Ukrainians in Ireland.

Information Sessions
We deliver information sessions and webinars for Ukrainians in Ireland. We do this through outreach to centres, local community events and online webinars, partnering with agencies including UNHCR and Crosscare.

- The International Protection Process and Procedures, and,

Our sessions aim to provide clear, accurate, and practical information to people fleeing the war in Ukraine as well as those working to support Ukrainians in Ireland.
