  • 6-week cycles with workshops based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing
  • Activities: Yoga, scavenger hunts, sports, creative arts, hiking, trips, board games, and cooking
  • Ongoing one-to-one support integrated into the wider Youth Group
  • Supported by YMCA Dublin, Bank of Ireland Begin Together Fund, Communities Integration Fund, AWS
