Find out more about this work

Our Housing Project, ‘A Place to Call Home’, directly accommodates people and families across Ireland as well as providing advice and support to people who are trying to move out of Direct Provision (DP) and into private rental accommodation. This work is made possible by donations of property from various religious congregations who are part of the Association of Leaders of Missionaries and Religious of Ireland, members of the public, the Dioceses of Dublin & Glendalough and the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. Seed funding was provided by the Tony Ryan Trust.

Since we started our housing work:
🔸 61 people were directly accommodated in donated properties.
🔸 38 children now have homes.
🔸 28 people were assisted moving out of DP & into rental accommodation.
🔸 16 people were assisted out of homeless shelters & into secure accommodation.
