Sign up for a SPOOKY SPIN class in support of the Irish Refugee Council.

 We will have 7, 30-minute spin classes starting from 8.30am – 3.30pm on Thursday 20th October in the Ballsbridge office.

The Spin Class will be run by Qualified Instructor Dylan Murphy owner of Ride @ Home. We will have state of the art bikes along with polar heart rate monitors so you can track your progress and hard work throughout the class.

The Irish Refugee Council has been working for more than 30 years with people seeking international protection. Everyday, they offer advice and support to people who are looking for International Protection. Their very competent team care for them while helping them to access full integration in Ireland. Imagine having to leave your home country not by choice, lose or be forced to leave loved ones giving up everything that you have worked hard for. Imagine arriving in a new country you know nothing about and having to start from scratch. 

Thanks to your donations, the Irish Refugee Council will be able to help them find their safe heaven in Ireland.
