Inhumane Direct Provision system raised at meeting with Troika

The European Anti-Poverty Network has urged the Troika to bring long-term residents of Direct Provision under a new proposal to replace rent allowance with housing assistance payments.  The Troika were told that this option would be cheaper and more humane than the direct provision system   Read the full submission here.
