Launch of ‘Seeking Asylum in Ireland – A Guide for Children’, a multimedia guide by young people for young people by Emer Costello MEP

Where:  European Parliament Offices, Molesworth St., Dublin 2

Emer Costello, Member of the European Parliament, will launch a multimedia video guide and accompanying booklet created by the Irish Refugee Council Youth for young people seeking asylum in Ireland. The video features a step-by-step introduction to seeking asylum in Ireland.  The overall objective of this project is to make the application process less scary for children by letting them know what to expect.  The project can also be used for educational purposes.  This video was made by young people for young people.
