Fundraising Internship with the Children’s and Young Persons’ Officer

The IRC is also recruiting an intern to work with the Children’s and Young Persons’ Officer to fundraise for various youth participation projects and programmes. The post is 3 days per week for a minimum of three months.  Support and supervision is provided throughout the internship by a member of staff.

The role

The candidate should have an educational background and/or experience in fundraising in the charity sector. The candidate will be supported in finding and attending training events relevant to the work. This internship is aimed at early career fundraising professionals.

Hours of work

10am to 4pm three days per week with a one hour lunch break.

Duration

Six months from July 2015

Remuneration

Travel and lunch expenses will be covered.

If you are interested, please submit your CV with a covering letter/email saying why you want to take up the internship and confirm your availability for three months from 1st July.  You must also be available for the last week of June for handover from the current interns.
