You can support our work by becoming a champion for the IRC in your area.  Here are some practical ways in which you can help:

• Join - IRC Membership form
• Find us on facebook
• Suggest us to your facebook friends
• Follow us on twitter
• Donate
• Organise a fundraiser
• Come to an event – check the website for latest information
• Be a media monitor – don’t let the media spread the myths, write a letter to the editor whenever you read an inaccurate article.
• Invite the IRC to give a workshop in your local school or community group.
