EDAL will be available onĀ  www.asylumlawdatabase.eu. Access is free and EDAL will make asylum case law more accessible by providing a strong search and multi-lingual functionality.

  • The case summaries will be searchable by a predictive text keyword search, by a free text search, as well as by provisions of relevant EU Directives.
  • EDAL will be searchable in English and each member state National Language, however, for this stage of the project the website interface will be available in English only.
  • Integrated links will be provided to the Country Overview to explain key country specific terms.
  • Users will be able to browse cases by provision of the Directive, by County and by Issue.
