Applying for asylum

An applicant will make an application for asylum to the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner (ORAC) which is located at 79-83 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2. See map.

This should be done as soon as you enter the country. If you are stopped at your port of entry (airport/seaport), you should explain that you wish to apply for asylum.
