Our Information and Advocacy Service operates via helpline, email and appointment only.  

The Helpline is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 10 am-1 pm and 2 pm-4 pm. Helpline number: 00353 (1) 764 5854. 

Please note that this number receives a high number of calls. We may not be able to answer your call immediately.  

Alternatively, please email [email protected]. Emails are triaged on the basis of urgency.  

Depending on the nature of the advice needed, an in-person appointment can be organised.  

Please note that we do not offer a drop-in service. We are not able to assist people who arrive without an appointment. Only people who are homeless and without accommodation will be supported.

Our Reception, for non-casework calls or other queries, is open Monday to Thursday between 10 am-1 pm and 2 pm-4 pm. To speak to Reception, please call 01 764 5062 or email [email protected]. Please note that this number can also be busy.  

Our Law Centre phone line is open for existing clients on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10 am-1 pm and 2 pm-4 pm. If you are an existing Law Centre client, please call 00353 (1) 764 5061.
